Catherine Zeta-Jones shared an adorable throwback photo on Tuesday, 8 August, to mark her son's birthday.

Revealing that her son, Dylan, was celebrating his 23rd birthday, Catherine took to social media to pay an adorable tribute to him. The star shared a throwback snap showing herself holding Dylan when he was just a newborn baby.

Captioning the sweet post, Catherine said: "23 years ago today, my boy @dylan__douglas was born. He is the gift that keeps on giving, over and over and over and over again. I love you my love♥️"

Fans and celebrities alike were quick to comment, sharing their birthday wishes for Dylan and wishing him well. Dylan is the oldest of Catherine's children, who she shares with her husband, actor Michael Douglas. The pair also have a daughter, Carys, who was born in 2003.

Aside from celebrating her son's birthday, Catherine has been relaxing and spending time on holiday lately, updating her followers via social media about a trip she's taken to Capri, Italy, where she looks like she's been having a brilliant time in the sunshine.

On Sunday, 6 August, the star shared a snap of herself looking effortlessly elegant in a blue outfit while enjoying time in Italy. In the snap, Catherine can be seen wearing a blue maxi dress — which she pairs with a co-ordinating headband and glamorous sunglasses.
